The State Interagency Coordinating Council was established June 5, 2005 under the provisions of Public Law 105-17.

Members are appointed by the Governor and work as a committee to advise and assist the Department of Education on identifying appropriate services for children ages birth to three.
*State agencies will continue with the Interagency Coordinating Council unless the agency or member notifies the Part C program of a change.
