What does it mean to be a citizen in South Dakota?

1. Imagine that you are the chairperson of a committee that makes recommendations for the United States Postal Service regarding new stamps.  Make a series of three posters with your recommended new stamp designs. The 3 posters will consist of: a) outstanding national citizen, b) outstanding state citizen & c) outstanding local citizen. Then in a written or oral presentation explain why you chose the particular person, place, object, or event that is to be represented in the stamp.
