Did you know...???

Did you know…that the following reorganizations have been approved and will be effective July 1, 2004?

  • The Hitchcock and Tulare School Districts approved a consolidation plan and will form the Hitchcock-Tulare School District 56-6.
  • The Groton and Bristol School Districts approved a consolidation plan and will form the Groton Area School District 06-6.
  • The Cresbard, Faulkton, Ipswich and Northwestern School Districts (4) approved a reorganization plan to form three new districts:  Faulkton Area School District 24-3; Ipswich Public School District 22-3; and Northwestern Area School District 56-7.
  • The Miller, Wessington and Wolsey School Districts (3) approved a reorganization plan to form two new districts: Miller Area School District 29-3 and Wolsey-Wessington School District 02-6.
