Parental Right Procedural Safeguards Notice

(under the IDEA, Part C Program for Early Intervention
Services)
As a result of the December 3,
2004 amendments to the Individual with Disabilities Education Act
(IDEA 2004), parental right in special education have been
revised. Until the final regulation are issued by the U.S.
Department of Education implementing the new law, this document
will be used to notify you of your rights under IDEA 2004.
