2003 Certification Institute

Mark your calendars to attend the 39^th annual SD School Food Service Certification Institute to be held at Augustana College June 22-27, 2003 . Registration information will be mailed to schools by mid February. 

Tracks offered this year will include the regular tracks 1-4 and baking for food service workers and managers who have not completed the normal courses of certification.  Computer classes are also planned to be offered.  For further information, please contact Child & Adult Nutrition Services at (605) 773-3413.
