2003 CHILD NUTRITION FOOD SERVICE CERTIFICATE INSTITUTE
This year’s Certification Institute is scheduled for June 22– 27 on
the campus of · Track 1: For new employees in the child nutrition program or those who have never attended Certification Institute.
This track will also include the ServSafe course. ·
Track 2: For
those in management or those who will be moving into management positions ·
Track 3: For
all child nutrition programs employees covering quantity food preparation. ·
Track 4: For
managers and assistants who have completed tracks 1-3. · Track 5: For managers and assistants who have completed tracks 1-4. This course goes in-depth into management and leadership
topics. · Baking Track: For bakers or any food service staff member interested in learning how to bake
quality items in quantity. ·
Computer Track: Entry
level for managers and assistants who are interested in learning basic computer
skills. Advanced level for nutrient
analysis and spreadsheet application. The registration fee will be $125.00.
Early bird registration is $100.00 and must be received by April 30th.
Meals will be $92.50/week and the dorms are $95.00/week for a single room
and $75.00/week for a double room. The
dorms are all air-conditioned and non-smoking.
Registration forms will be mailed the beginning of March.
