ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE SERVING A REIMBURSABLE BREAKFAST?

 

The menu pattern requirements are the same for both Traditional or Enhanced breakfasts.  They each need four required menu components.  There is only one breakfast grade group which is K-12.

 

1.   Milk

2.   Juice – Fruit – Vegetable

3.   Grains – Breads

4.   Meat – Meat Alternates
