National Food Service Management Institute Educational Opportunities

  June 17-25, 2003

The Orientation to Child Nutrition Management course will be offered at NFSMI in Oxford , MS .  This course is for new and aspiring Child Nutrition Program directors.  Classroom instruction, hands-on activities, and group projects will provide training essential to the operation of Child Nutrition Programs that are customer-oriented, are cost-effective, and promote healthy eating behaviors.  Three hours of undergraduate credit are available upon successful completion of course requirements.
