Governor Rounds' Healthy School Award Application - 2008

Requests for application must be made by public school superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals or assistant principals. Applications can be submitted at the elementary , middle/junior high, high school or district-wide level. If a district-wide application is submitted, individual school applications will not be accepted for that district. If a district-wide application is not submitted, applications may be submitted for more than one school.

Schools or districts that have been recognized with an award in the past are not eligible to apply at the same level. However, they are eligible to apply in any of the other levels.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 15, 2008.
