Q: For graduate or undergraduate credit, who
do I write my check to? Do I write it to the Department of Education or
to the college?
Q: What forms do I fill out for Renewal
credit?

Q: If I can’t make it to class, is it ok to
just watch a video of the session?

A: No, you must adhere to the Missed Session
Policy, which is located on the homepage. You can only miss one
session and still obtain any type of credit. You also must submit a
one-page make-up assignment.
Q: Why do you need my social security
number?

A: We use your social security number to
cross-reference any problems that could occur when you submit your
teacher renewal certificate. In this manner, I can verify that you
actually took this class in case there is a problem with your
certificate. You also must provide your social security number in
order to receive college credit. This is required from the colleges.
We also track all of the courses that you take through Coordinated
School Health by your social security number.
