Team Nutrition
to Offer Mini-grants in 2008-2009
Team Nutrition in the South Dakota Department of
Education will be making funding
available soon for the following Team Nutrition
projects:
-
$500 to implement gardening activities
-
$500 to support fun fruit and vegetable
events
-
$2,000-5,000 to support a registered
dietician to assist with menu planning,
special diets, evaluating healthy
environments, etc.
Team Nutrition is administered through Child and
Adult Nutrition Services within the South Dakota
Department of Education. For more details on
