Free, standardized health career lesson plans!

Teachers – are you looking for FREE, standardized lesson plans, games and activities for a variety of subject areas and for grade levels kindergarten through 12th grade? Do you want to ensure a rewarding and guaranteed career for your students? South Dakota’s health care industry is projected to need nearly 13,000 jobs by 2014 – an increase of nearly 30% from 2004 to 2014. The South Dakota Departments of Education, Health, Labor and the Board of Regents have been working collaboratively to address the critical need for healthcare workers in the state. Health Occupations for Today and Tomorrow (HOTT) was created to increase students’ awareness of the wide variety of health careers available to them.
