data is required to be reported annually for Title IV and for the

DOE for the identification of “persistently dangerous schools” (for
further clarification see Unsafe School Choice Policy). Therefore,
it is imperative your school responds promptly and accurately.
An information packet regarding this data submission has been sent
to your district’s safe and gun-free contact. In the information
packet we have included the following documents:

and/or explanations of data fields and definitions).
Final data submission is required on or before June 15, 2008.
We greatly appreciate your district’s prompt completion of this
important data collection.
