State law requires the Department of Education to collect long-term substitute data from all accredited schools annually. The deadline to complete your districtís 2010-11 Long Term Substitute submission is May 15, 2011. The submission can be accomplished by using the Personnel Record Form, or PRF.
A long-term substitute is an individual employed as a substitute teacher for 10 or more consecutive school days for the same teacher. You should not report substitutes for administrators, school service specialists or other types of school personnel.
