  SDMyLife updates: new magazine available; trainings scheduled

The 2016-17 edition of the SDMyLife magazine is now available. Visit sdmylife.com to access the electronic version of the magazine or complete the order form to request print copies for your students. Lesson plans and career planning activities for current and past editions of the SDMyLife magazine can be accessed by clicking Lessons & Resources on the Educators page at sdmylife.com.

SDMyLife now available to 6th graders
SDMyLife, South Dakota’s free online career and education planning tool, is now available to students in grades 6-12. Students will be able to log on using their @k12.sd.us email address and password or by using their SDMyLife username and password.

Webinars highlighting SDMyLife implementation for 6th graders, including suggested activities and accompanying lesson plans will be held Sept. 19 from 3:30-4:15 p.m. (CDT) and from 4:30-5:15 p.m. (CDT).

Fall 2016 onsite trainings
Fall 2016 SDMyLife trainings will be held in Mitchell and Rapid City. Register for the trainings at GoSignMeUp. Graduate credit is pending. Participants will need to attend training and complete outside assignments to meet credit requirements.
