Coordinated School Health
CONTACT
Coordinated School Health is a collaborative partnership between the South Dakota Departments of Education and Health. Through funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we develop partnerships and coordinate programming to improve the health and educational outcomes of young people! A coordinated approach to school health improves children’s health and their capacity to learn through the support of families, schools, and communities working together.
