Whole Grains Challenge
Learn more about the “Whole Grain Game On Challenge!” which involved all 510 students, 51 staff, and all parents at an Ohio elementary school. The school provided an accessible, no cost challenge that educated all, giving examples and benefits of whole grains during March National Nutrition Month.

Personal Health is as Important as Reading, Writing and Arithmetic
There are 550 students at Jackson Elementary, in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood. They're just about all students of color, and 90 percent of them live in poverty. Given those demographics, Principal Patrick Bryan says a good 275 of them are on pace to develop diabetes, if they follow current trends.
