LEAD:
Leading Education through Administrator Development
Project LEAD is a system of leadership development that

leading and managing K-12 schools. Its core premise is that
school administrators must continually develop their
knowledge and skills in order to effectively manage schools
and improve student achievement in our rapidly changing
world. Project LEAD incorporates four programs that target
specific groups.
