South Dakota Milken winner travels to
L.A. |

Seventy-five educators from across the
country were honored by the Milken
Family Foundation in Los Angeles in
March. Sherri Crofut, a teacher at North
Middle School in Rapid City, was one of
those honored. Last October, Crofut was
selected as South Dakota’s Milken
Educator for 2007. Each of the 75
teachers received a check for $25,000.
