Members of TCAP Advisory Council

Gov. Mike Rounds has appointed 14
individuals, including six teachers and
four superintendents, to the Teacher
Compensation Assistance Program Advisory
Council. At the Legislature’s behest,
the group will examine how teacher
quality and teacher salaries can be
enhanced, and how state-appropriated
funds for TCAP can best be utilized to
