The JAG-SD Blueprint & Expansion Playbook documents outline a five-year roadmap to strengthen and scale Jobs for America's Graduates - South Dakota (JAG-SD), centering on five core objectives: partnership expansion, internal infrastructure, sustainable funding, public awareness, and scaling with fidelity. Each priority in the Blueprint includes aligned goals, strategies, and success metrics, supported by detailed tactical plans. The Playbook centers on the sustainable funding objective, diving deep into JAG-SD's funding history and future ambitions.
These documents are designed to be modular: sections may be adapted for specific audiences or use cases. However, any use, sharing, or distribution of the plan must be done with the express permission and oversight of the South Dakota Department of Education. This ensures consistency of messaging and alignment with JAG-SD's statewide strategy.
