Culinary Kit feedback requested

Did your school receive a Culinary Kit in the Classroom? If your school has one of these kits from the South Dakota Farm to School Program, be sure to take advantage of local food available now. If you aren’t sure if your school received a kit, check with your administration. Don’t forget: while federal funds last, teachers can be reimbursed for the cost of recipe items using this form.

After you use the kits, provide feedback about how you fit the lesson plans and utensils into your classroom. The Farm to School program is interested in hearing from teachers about how the kits are used, and how the lessons are received by students. Didn’t receive a kit? You can still use the lesson plans in your classroom to help your students learn more about the bounty of produce available around us.
