The South Dakota Department of Education Annual Conference, "Well-Rounded Education=Success", is aligned to current issues in Education. The conference emphasizes the critical nature of the current dynamics of schools and after school programs, focusing on social and emotional learning. The keynote presenters, as well as the session breakouts, will provide information on how to help every child succeed during the school day as well as outside of school hours.

This will be a great chance for educators and after school professionals to work together to plan meaningful and challenging opportunities for the students in South Dakota. Session and breakout topics significant to both groups are included in the conference agenda.

Join other South Dakota educators and after school professionals for this professional development opportunity. The conference will be held Aug. 1-2, 2018 in Pierre, SD. All South Dakota educators and after school professionals are invited to attend.
