Flexible Online Courses to Strengthen Literacy Instruction

The South Dakota Department of Education is offering several online courses to aid educators in their literacy curriculum and instruction. Each of these courses is asynchronous and available for 15 CECH. Three of the five courses are currently available for educators to begin. The three courses available now are: Literacy Framework District Implementation Guide Courses (5 courses) – Leadership/Coaches, etc., Literacy Insights for Paraprofessionals, and Literacy Insights for English Language Learners.

Curriculum Audit and Literacy Framework Family Implementation Guide courses will become available in December.
