Special Education Professional Development Survey
The South Dakota Advisory Panel for Children with Disabilities (SDAPCD) is seeking feedback on general education and special education professionals’ knowledge and usage of available special education professional development.
This survey may be shared with all South Dakota educational professionals providing services to students with disabilities.

Dakota Corps Scholarship
Applications now being accepted for South Dakota's High School Graduates that are obtaining their post-secondary education in South Dakota, remaining in the state upon completion of their education, and contributing to the state of South Dakota and its citizens by working in a critical need occupation.

Our Dakota Dreams Educator Webinar Series
Asynchronous, online
Throughout the 2025-26 school year, a variety of pertinent topics will be covered in these monthly webinars to help educators support students in their journey toward college readiness. The webinars are intended for any educators who support students in their college readiness. Continuing education contact hours are offered for participation in live or recorded webinars by completing a short quiz within a limited timeframe. Webinars will be recorded and provided to registered participants. The webinar series is brought to you by Our Dakota Dreams, a partnership between the SD Department of Education, SD Board of Regents, technical colleges, and Mapping Your Future. Looking for a refresher on navigating Title Programs? New to a Title role? Looking to beef up your knowledge? Then we have the course for you!
Title Programs 101 is a free, self-paced course for anyone looking for more in-depth information about Title programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). While it does not replace the Title Programs Technical Support Handbook, it’s packed with valuable insights to help you navigate and implement Title Program requirements.
If you looked last year, take the time to check it out again this year -- new modules are being released regularly, so you can keep learning at your own pace!
